Watch Dogs 2 Will Release Before The End Of March 2017
With all the major publishers finical reports coming out after yesterday, we've actually got quite a few things revealed to us in terms of new games.
In Ubisoft's financial report, it was revealed that Watch_Dogs is going to be having its next instalment before the end of fiscal year 2017. So that means before April 2017. That means, the game is absolutely a lock for being shown off at E3. The report said:
Ubisoft will launch a very high-quality line-up, including For Honor®, South Park(TM) the Fractured but Whole(TM), Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon®WildLands, the next instalment of Watchdogs®, and a new high-potential AAA brand with strong digital live services.
I really did not like the first Watch_Dogs, thinking it failed to capitalise on its great concept. I can see a world where there is a really good game in the series though, so I'll be quietly hopeful. I'm just kind of wishing Aiden Pierce isn't the protagonist…
