Avengers: Infinity War will be Marvel's Biggest Promotional Push Yet

It's not really that surprising that Marvel and Disney are putting a lot of money into their promotional campaign. We're talking about a movie with a budget of upwards of $300 million dollars they have a lot of money to make back. Marvel appears to be on team "go big or go home" for the promotional material since, according to Deadline, this is the biggest promotional push Marvel has ever done.

"Some of these partners are new to the family and some have been friends of the studio for years," said Mindy Hamilton, Marvel's SVP Global Partnerships & Marketing. "What they all share, though, is a commitment to innovate in their industries and excel at the way they craft their stories. We couldn't be more excited about collaborating with them in preparation for this historic release."

We've seen one of the parnerships already but Marvel is also teaming up with the likes of Ziploc, Go-Gurt, Yoplait, Synchrony Bank, American Airlines and Stand Up to Cancer.

"This movie is a celebration that we've been building toward for the past 10 years," added Hamilton. "We feel fortunate to have partnered with brands who share that excitement, and it's been an incredibly rewarding experience to see their creative visions come to life."

With such a huge promotional budget this could easily push the "break even" point for Avengers: Infinity War at half a billion dollars. This makes sense since the combined budgets of Infinity War and Avengers 4 was reportedly a billion dollars. Marvel shouldn't have too much trouble hitting that number since they are reportedly looking at $200+ million opening weekend alone. That's still an insane amount of money though.

Summary: As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. Everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment – the fate of Earth and existence itself has never been more uncertain.
