Don't Mess With A Mother With An Assault Rifle – Sneak Peek Of Aftermath
I've been playing catch-up on the Syfy series Aftermath, and while I'm not completely up to speed, there is a clip from next week that is pretty cool. But I should set it up. In the first episode there is a scene where someone is in the Copeland house trying to harm the family. A gun is grabbed from a hiding place and used to stop the assailant. The father, Joshua Copeland (James Tupper) walks into the room and his first words are, "We own a gun?" Later in the same episode the mother Karen Copeland (Anne Heche) has to fight her way out of a police station, grabbing a shot gun to do it. When her husband sees her, his first words are, 'We own a shot gun?" and she replies, "We do now."
Karen is ex-Air Force and is pretty bad ass, but the clip from next weeks show brings that home.
