Flash Gordon Coming To 4K Blu-ray From Arrow Video
Flash Gordon is coming to 4K. The cult classic from 1985 is getting an exceptional release on 4K Blu-ray disc on August 18th. There will be a regular release of the film, along with a special edition that includes a fold-out poster, lobbycards, a booklet featuring essays and production photos, and limited packaging. Basically, if you enjoy Flash Gordon at all, you should just go ahead and get yourself the special edition. The new 4K transfer is from the original camera negative and approved by the film's director Mike Hodges.
