ABC Television has released this video to catch anyone up on Marvel's Agents of SHIELD before the show returns on March 3rd. This takes us through the second season from the beginning, the introduction of the original 084, Coulson's carvings and the eventual introduction of a major piece of the Marvel Cinematic Universe… plus what they did to Tripp still sucks.

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD returns Tuesday at 9PM on ABC.
