Samuel L. Jackson Addresses Those Disney+ Nick Fury Rumors and Avengers: Endgame

The new cool thing to do these days is report on a rumor that a show is in development for Disney+. The list of possible Marvel and Star Wars shows is getting to goofy levels and Disney, being Disney, isn't confirming or denying anything. So it's up to the actors to answer questions about these shows. While being interviewed by Total Film Samuel L. Jackson was asked about the rumor that Nick Fury was getting his own show and gave about as close to a denial as we can when it comes to Marvel stuff.

"Nobody's asked me yet, but we'll see."

Samuel L. Jackson Addresses Those Disney+ Nick Fury Rumors and Avengers: Endgame

At the end of Avengers: Infinity War Fury was one of the people that fell victim to The Snap. Everyone is more or less expecting the people who got dusted to come back and, in theory, that would include Fury. When Jackson was asked about Avengers: Endgame he expertly deflected or revealed that he isn't in the movie.

"I don't know anything about Avengers: Endgame."

Summary: Carol Danvers becomes one of the universe's most powerful heroes when Earth is caught in the middle of a galactic war between two alien races.

Captain Marvel, directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, will also star Brie Larson, Jude Law, Gemma Chan, Djimon Hounsou, Lee Pace, Lashana Lynch, Samuel L. Jackson. The film is set for release on March 8th, 2019.
