The Motion-Capture Of Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes Revealed In New Featurette
I remember watching a lot of these before Avatar came out, but this new featurette for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes might be even cooler because while marveling at how human-like Caesar (Andy Serkis) and his fellow apes were acting in Rise, I never really thought about how ape-like the human actors being motion-captured had to act on set.
Everything from body language to facial expressions. Super impressive, and definitely a challenge not many actors would get the chance to take on…
