Godzilla Minus One Minus Color Will Be A Must-See

Godzilla Minus One takes place in World War II, Japan, right at the end of the war. The country is reeling from the effects of the war when suddenly, a giant kaiju emerges and causes devastation on an epic scale. The country has to figure out how to take out Godzilla before the monster eliminates Japan once and for all.

I was losing hope that Godzilla Minus One Minus Color would get a theatrical release here in the USA, but after this film's run, I shouldn't have been worried. I also have not gotten to see the movie in theaters yet. I watched it at home on a screener and have regretted that since. The scale of this film demands a big screen, and something about watching it in black and white feels right.

The way this film has reinvigorated the fandom has also been a sight to see. The comic store I run has had an unprecedented run on all things Godzilla; people who have never watched the classic films are discovering them and the characters' rich history. It is wonderful, and this film is the cherry on top. This one will be remembered for years to come.

I strongly suggest you get advance tickets to the one-week-only screenings of Godzilla Minus One Minus Color as soon as possible.
