Uncharted Movie Is On The Fast Track With Shawn Levy Set To Direct

The Uncharted movie sure has gone through a lot changes. The film once had David O. Russell attached, but he quite famously dropped out of the project. Since then it has kind of floated around as an idea, but little concrete has come of it.

According to Deadline though, a movie adaption finally has some traction. It's reporting that director Shawn Levy is on board to direct the movie and the word is that it is on the fast track from Sony, and they would love to get things moving.

Video game movies seem like the gold mine Hollywood is trying to crack at the moment, so it is unsurprising that one of the most cinematic game francises ever made is up for the block. I think there is potential there too. I genuinely think Levy is a good director, and an Uncharted from him could be super fun.
