Hook Rips Off Stone Cold Steve Austin in AEW Dynamite Title Match

AEW copies WWE once again with Hook vs. Samoa Joe match! 😡 Witness The Chadster expertly expose AEW's blatant theft on Dynamite! 🤼‍♂️🚫

Article Summary

  • Hook's loss to Samoa Joe on AEW Dynamite mirrors Stone Cold's iconic moment.
  • AEW accused of stealing WWE's intellectual property with match ending.
  • AEW's new World Championship feud seen as a direct challenge to WWE.
  • Chadster questions Tony Khan's fixation on outdoing WWE storylines.

🤼‍♂️🤬 Last night on AEW Dynamite, The Chadster saw something absolutely egregious, something so unfair it made The Chadster want to scream into his pillow! Samoa Joe defended his AEW World Championship against some upstart named Hook, in what can only be described as a blatant rip-off of a classic WWE moment. 😡

Auughh man! So unfair! Hook, who for some inexplicable reason is being pushed as a legitimate contender, decided to tangle with the champ. 🧐 You can bet The Chadster was not thrilled at seeing Hook trying to hold his own against Samoa Joe, a known hard-hitter and veteran of the WWE ring. 🙄 The match ends with Hook not giving up but passing out. Sound familiar? It's literally the ending to Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Bret Hart! 🚨 WWE should sue AEW for trademark violation!

The gall of Tony Khan to schedule such an emotionally charged match, right when WWE is diligently working towards WrestleMania! The Chadster is sure, without a doubt, that this is just to cheese off Vince McMahon! This is just so disrespectful to the wrestling business and everything WWE has ever done for it. 😤🔪

Let's talk about sheer disrespect and thievery. Hook channeled his inner Austin and refused to tap out, passed out to a submission move… where have we seen this before? That's right, WWE. AEW parading around Hook like he's the second coming of Steve Austin is the wrestling equivalent of a cover band trying to pass off the great hits of Smash Mouth as their own. 😡🎸

Earlier this week, Tony Khan made some disrespectful comments knocking down poor Jinder Mahal's title match against Seth Rollins on WWE Raw. And now, he wants to prove Hook is better than Jinder? Well, The Chadster knows that's not only untrue but also a low blow to the hard work WWE Superstars put in. 🙅‍♂️

And, of course, the pandering AEW crowd ate it all up! They're invested in this charade, which further gives AEW this perceived edge and showcases Tony Khan's obsession with one-upping WWE. It's so obvious Tony Khan is trying to get under The Chadster's skin. 😤

What's even more cheesing off to The Chadster is that AEW is setting up an interesting ongoing storyline involving a three-way feud for their World Championship between Samoa Joe, Hangman Adam Page, and Swerve Strickland, as the post-match antics clearly implied. The Chadster knows just like all true wrestling fans that having an exciting ongoing story is highly unfair to WWE during WrestleMania season. Tony Khan's attempt at competition shouldn't be distracting The Chadster and the rest of the WWE Universe. 😒🤨

To see AEW potentially elevate Hook as their next big thing really grinds The Chadster's gears. And to think, Hook's show of resilience against Samoa Joe's onslaught might just be setting him up for bigger things! The total audacity! In light of all this, The Chadster would like to remind everyone that unlike others, The Chadster is one of the only unbiased journalists in wrestling today! The Chadster sometimes wonders if fellow unbiased reporters like Ryan Satin, Ariel Helwani, and Mike Coppinger also feel the torment from Tony Khan for their commitment to objective journalism. 🤔

In conclusion, The Chadster must end this post by declaring that this Hook situation, Joe's aggression, and Tony Khan's booking decisions are absolute travesties in this sacred business. They don't understand a single thing about the wrestling business!! The Chadster just cannot… 😓🚗 Good thing The Chadster's Mazda Miata always knows how to calm The Chadster down with a smooth drive.
