With less than two weeks to go until the reality-altering drama that is Paul Bettany's Vision and Elizabeth Olsen's Wanda Maximoff aka Scarlet Witch's life premieres on Disney+, WandaVision is offering viewers another preview of Marvel Studios' first live-action MCU series for the streaming service. As we've seen in previous previews, Wanda and Vision are living the "happy married life" in the almost-too-good-to-be-true Westview- in fact, you can pretty much remove the "almost" because the town is letting the couple spiral through a series of different, decade-specific sitcom scenarios to find their "happily ever after." But like most things, it comes with a price- one that all of reality appears to be paying. And if our reality can't get through to Wanda and Vision in time? There won't be much of a "Phase IV" for Marvel fans to worry about.
Here's a look at the newest teaser for Marvel Studios and Disney+'s WandaVision, where a "Signal" hopes to get through to the couple in time:
WandaVision marks the first series from Marvel Studios streaming exclusively on Disney+. The series is a blend of classic television and the Marvel Cinematic Universe in which Wanda Maximoff and Vision—two super-powered beings living idealized suburban lives—begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems.
Disney+'s WandaVision stars Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch, Paul Bettany as Vision, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau, Kat Dennings as Darcy Lewis, Randall Park as Jimmy Woo, Kathryn Hahn as Agnes, Fred Melamed as Arthur Heart, and Debra Jo Rupp as Mrs. Heart. Created by Jac Schaeffer with an opening episode written by Schaeffer and directed by Matt Shakman, the streaming service series is executive produced by Schaeffer and Kevin Feige with Marvel Studios producing.
