Wonder Woman Vs Whataburger – Confusion In The Marketplace?

When arguing a trademark case, it is useful to be able to show confusion in the marketplace.

Well, with the story we reported yesterday, of Texan burger franchise Whataburger going after DC Comics over the similarity of their logo to the Wonder Woman logo, there's plenty of evidence on hand,  going back years, courtesy of twitter.

This doesn't demonstrate who would win. But might suggest that two logos will enter court and only one will leave.
