Lucifer Season 3: Are Lucifer And Dr. Linda Back At It?
Lucifer returns for its third season this Monday, and Fox has released a new promo that shows some new footage. Nothing with Tom Welling's Marcus Pierce character. This is more focus on Tom Ellis and showing him in his winged glory. We get a nice scene of him blowing the door off of an apartment and saying, "Remember me."
One of the interesting things is that there is a scene with Lucifer and Dr. Linda (Rachael Harris) where he is showing her that his wings are back. She comments that she didn't know they could grow back. But both of them are in their robes, which makes me wonder whether they're sleeping together again. It's how the characters started in Season 1 but ultimately stopped. Are they back at it? Wouldn't she sleep with him now that she knows that he's really the devil? Or is it something as simple as she's staying at his place after being attacked by Charlotte last season?
One thing to keep an eye out for will be signs of Los Angeles. The show has always been set in L.A., but filmed in Toronto. But this season they will be filming in L.A. to take advantage of some tax breaks. Now they can show more of the actual city.
Lucifer returns Monday, October 2nd at 8 p.m. EST on Fox.
