Marvel Gives 'Black Panther Start Here' Comics to Attract Movie Fans

On the 31st January, Marvel Comics will be sending out free bundles of Black Panther Start Here comics, to introduce new fans of the character to the comic book origins and storylines since the character was created fifty years ago.

The size of the store, and the current discount they get from Diamond Comic Distributors will determine whether a store gets 1, 3 or 5 bundles of 25 to give away, but additional bundles can be ordered for a modest fee.

Black Panther movie from Marvel Studios/Disney is set to be released in the United States on 16th February and in the UK on the 12th February. No, I don't know why, that's just the way it is.

Black Panther is the eighteenth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The film is directed by Ryan Coogler from a screenplay by him and Joe Robert Cole, and stars Chadwick Boseman as T'Challa / Black Panther alongside Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker and Andy Serkis. In Black Panther, T'Challa returns home as king of Wakanda but finds his sovereignty challenged by a long-time adversary in a conflict that has global consequences.
