The Impotence of Hercules in Guardians of the Galaxy #2 [Preview]
Guardians of the Galaxy #2 is in stores from Marvel Comics this week, continuing the latest relaunch of one of Marvel's most-relaunched super-hero teams. By Al Ewing and Juann Cabal, we've got a preview below…
The Guardians of the Galaxy, and the galaxy itself, are in big trouble. The gods of Olympus have returned, and they're totally evil. Well, more evil than normal. Luckily, Hercules has arrived on the scene to save the day… if he can only get free of his prison.
And he had better hurry up, because the Guardians aren't faring too well.
One by one, they're being hunted, taken down.
To be fair, they're pretty outmatched against an entire pantheon of gods, especially with half the regular roster staying at home.
Oh, and the Greeks also have a big bomb.
Guardians of the Galaxy #2 continues its journey to the next relaunch on Wednesday.
