Diamond has been in the gutter lately, but that is not stopping them from preparing for the future. A new set of upcoming collectibles has been unveiled by Diamond Select Toys, including some new Marvel PVC statues. One set consists of a new life for the legendary Netflix Marvel Universe, incoming the return of Fans Castle himself, aka, The Punisher. Introduced in Daredevil Season 2, Jon Bernthal's Frank Castle proved so popular that he would go on to receive his own Netflix series. The Punisher, premiering on November 17, 2017, is the show diving into Frank's tragic backstory, where his family's murder sets him on a path of vengeance.

The series was brutally violent and action-packed, focusing on his bloody methods of street justice as he looked for answers. The Punisher is now back with a rerelease from Diamond Select Toys as they prepare for his return to the screen with Daredevil: Born Again. Standing 12" tall, this statue tries to capture the likeness of Jon Bernthal as he unleashes some lead. From the smoking gun, weathering detail, a bloody Frank Castle, and even his signature skull vest, this statue is a worthy return for a popular anti-hero.
