The 1990s transformation of Lobo is one of the more striking reinventions in comic book history. With chalk-white skin, a towering physique, and a biker aesthetic, Lobo was reimagined as a parody of hyper-masculine antiheroes that dominated the era. He rides through space on a cosmic motorcycle, listens to heavy metal, and approaches every problem with gleeful brutality. His brutality and chaotic nature are now coming to the big screen with DC Studios' Supergirl.
