Star Wars Gets Frosty with Black Series Wampa Figure from Hasbro

Convention week has begun from collectible reveals, pre-orders, prizes, and so much more. With companies doing their own thing this year, a lot of reveals can be swept under the rug. Hasbro has started to unveil some new and upcoming figures that have been rumored for quick sometimes. This time we are traveling to the icy planet of Hoth to meet the Wampa. Introduced to us in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, this deadly beast was ready to eat our favorite hero. Hasbro is giving this monster his solo release, unlike the 2014 Luke and Wampa 2-Pack. This figure will get Kenner 1980 style packaging, which is a pure delight. The cleaned-up Wampa is ready to go on the hunt and enter your collection this Fall.

Hasbro recreating the vintage Kenner packaging is already a real treat. With a figure like this is just goes perfect as well and will pull in plenty of collectors just because of that. The Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back Black Series Wampa will be priced at $29.99. Pre-Order is not live just yet, but you will be able to get them here when they do, and they set to release in Fall. More Star Wars Hasbro reveals are guaranteed to be on the way this week, so stay tuned here at Bleeding Cool.
