Allegiance: General Leia Stars in Marvel's New Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker Comic
Last weekend, on May the Fourth, Lucasfilm revealed 22 books that will be part of the Journey to Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker publishing program. One of those books is a top secret Marvel comic called Allegiance, and Marvel has sent out a press release with a few more details about it, including who will be starring in the title (General Leia), who will be on the creative team (Ethan Sacks and Luke Ross), and roughly what the plot is (Leia reaches out to the Mon Calamari for help after the events of The Last Jedi).
Slightly confusing is the fact that, while the press release refers to the comic as "Allegiance," as did the graphic revealed by Lucasfilm over the weekend, the new graphic from Marvel lists the comic as "Alliances." Outdated graphic? Or is Marvel planning to announce a second comic soon?
