Bad Idea Comics Launches The Blind Pizza Box Programme

Bad Idea Comics launches the Blind Pizza Box Programme for Hank Howard: Pizza Detective: A Slice Of Life #1, out in May.

Okay, we all know about blind bags now. When Invincible Universe: Battle Beast from Skybound/Image Comics topped the chart and got 400,000 orders that cemented it. Everyone else was going to do blind bag variant covers as well. DC Comics with Batman #1 with foil variants. The Mark Spears' Monsters prequel from Keenspot. Titan Comics with Heatseeker Exposed with infinite variety. And Dynamite with Die!namite #1 and Vampirella #8, and then every other comic. Marvel Comics came late to the game, with Ultimate Endgame, then Daredevil and soon Queen In Black. Though it is a dangerous game, get it wrong like Vault did with Post Malone's Big Rig or Marvel did with Endgame damages and people will burn them and post it on TikTok. And now Bad Idea Comics is joining even later to the game with something even stupider. The blind pizza box programme and Hank Howard, Pizza Detective: A Slice Of Life #1 by Robert Venditti and David Lapham, out in May.

So basically, you get one of two different covers. And a pizza box. Yup, bad idea….
