Advent Comics is an up and coming publisher that has quietly become a force on the Indie Comic landscape. Celebrating its fifth anniversary this year, Advent Comics launches another milestone for the company – the Titan The Ultra Man Kickstarter #2. This project marks the first Kickstarter for Advent Comics, even though its head writer Tony Kittrell successfully completed a campaign with three other creators on the God Cell: Gate of the Gods project (which Advent Comics later published).

Tony has written most of the Advent titles including this one and the upcoming The Regulators Mini-Series with industry veteran Greg LaRocque. He has created a vast, comprehensive universe with over 500 characters (with most of them appearing in the company-wide COSMOS Maxi-Series) but Titan is easily the one that he enjoys most. "I enjoy writing Titan because he is a regular guy, who has flaws like all of us, that has received these extraordinary powers and tries to use them to help others. It is basically a story of redemption as Titan finds his way as a man and now as a hero."

Titan chronicles the adventures of Advent Comics Strongest Hero and his struggle to protect Sky City from the forces of evil. Created by science, shaped by faith and now Titan must become what the world needs most – a hero! That is the tagline used to describe Firefighter Marcus Cameron's mission as Titan the Ultra Man. He not only has to learn to be a hero but also has to navigate through his personal life with this newfound responsibility.

This project boasts some serious firepower from within the comic book industry working on it. Pow Rodrix, Tots Valeza, Ed Dukeshire, Dino Agor, Steven "Sash" Scott, Ken Hunt, Dheeraj Verma, Eric Battle, Bart Sears and industry legend Pablo Marcos to name a few. In addition to top notch art, this project introduces new allies and dastardly villains into the Titan-verse which makes for an entertaining and fun read.
