The CW is tweaking it's regular October roll-out this year, debuting their entire fall line-up from October 9-13 rather than rolling-out programming over the course of several weeks and after The Big Four (ABC/NBC/CBS/Fox) have premiered most of their fall schedule.
The CW's Premiere Week starts-off on Monday, October 9, with the return of Supergirl and the premiere of freshman military drama Valor; continues into Tuesday, October 10, with the returning The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow; moves on to Wednesday, October 11, with season two of Riverdale and the new reboot of Dynasty; marches on to Thursday, October 12, with the returning Supernatural and Arrow; and wraps-up Friday, October 13, with the returning Crazy Ex-Girlfriend and Jane the Virgin.
As for The CW's two premieres, here's what we know: Valor stars Christina Ochoa (Animal Kingdom) and Matt Barr (Sleepy Hollow) as two U.S. Army helicopter pilots who find themselves having to rescue their comrade (W. Tre Davis – Shades of Blue) from terrorists while torn between personal and professional beliefs. and Dynasty is reboot of the 1980's soap opera that ran on ABC from 1981 to 1989 and set to star Grant Show (Devious Maids) as Blake Carrington; Nathalie Kelley (The Vampire Diaries) as Cristal Flores; Elizabeth Gillies (Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll) as Blake's daughter, Fallon; and James Mackay (The Tomorrow People) as his son, Steven.
