A few changes 'twixt solicitation and publication…

Batman and Robin Eternal #11 solicited with art by Fernando Blanco was joined by Christian Duce. The cover solicited by Carlo Pagulayan was instead by Guillem March.

Martian Manhunter #7 was solicited with art by Eddy Barrows but was actually by Ronan Cliquet. The cover solicited by Dan Panosian was actually by Eddy Barrows
