Nomad? The Captain? Steve Rogers Gets Another Name in Captain America #8 (Spoilers)
Steve Rogers became Captain America in 1941. But he's been known to operate under other titles as well, when undergoing some serious lifestyle and politically-minded changes. Such as Nomad…
The Captain…
Commander Steve Rogers…
And of course Supreme Commander during Secret Empire.
When it wasn't really him. But it kinda really was.
Anyway, despite what Jude thought from the preview, it's not the Nazi Cap who's in jail in today's Captain America #8 – though this all happens in the wake of Secret Empire – but the regular 616 Captain America, remanded in top security supervillain prison for the suspected crime (don't worry, he;s totally innocent) of killing General Thaddeus Ross. Who is now in hell.
But for this new reality, it seems we will get a new change for Steve Rogers.
Another new name. Now the comic doesn't round to giving him one. But might you have some thoughts on that matter? Do let us know… before Jude comes up with some.
