Boom! Studios To Collect All Don Rosa Donald Duck Stories

In June, Boom! Studios will publish the first volume of their Walt Disney Treasury: Donald Duck series, collecting chronologically the Duck stories of Don Rosa, with volume 2 coming in August.

Boom describes the book;

With its new series, WALT DISNEY TREASURY, BOOM Kids! brings you classic Disney stories, never-before-collected in North America. In this first volume, Eisner Award-winning writer/artist Don Rosa's very first Donald Duck stories are collected in the order they were originally printed! These are Donald Duck's greatest stories and he's bringing along all of his old friends, including Uncle Scrooge, Gladstone Gander, Flintheart Glomgold and those mischievous nephews of his, Huey, Dewey and Louie!

And the second volume;

With its new series, WALT DISNEY TREASURY, BOOM Kids! brings you classic Disney stories, never-before-collected in North America. Don Rosa's classic run of Donald Duck stories continues with classic tales collected and reprinted for the fi rst time in two decades. In this volume, Donald's travels take him across the globe and time, from Norway for the Winter Olympics to the Middle Ages for an epic battle against none other than King Arthur himself.

And in July, Boom appear to be starting another series in that format, Walt Disney's Comics And Stories Archive collecting Walt Disney's Comics And Stories in chronological order. The first volume includes work by Mickey Mouse newspaper cartoonist Floyd Gottfredson, and creator of Huey, Duwey and Louie, Al Taliaferro.

This Walt Disney collection format has 160 pages per book, at a $14.99 price point.
