ComiXology – The AVX Consequences Of Its Actions

A funny week as far as ComiXology in-App digital sales are concerned. The big winners win big (Image/Marvel) but DC makes up for it in spreading out its titles in a number of countries top slots. AvX: Consequences #3 takes the top slots in Great Britain, Canada, USA, Brazil and Ireland, while The Walking Dead #103 staggers its bloody bones to the number one spot in France, Spain, Mexico, Germany, Sweden and Norway. Meanwhile Batman has a big week with one Batman title or another taking first place in India, China, Italy, and Greece. Japan loves the A-Babies and X-Babies which is adorable squared, Israel likes Invincible which is probably a good call as the global stress levels continue to rise, Australia likes Smallville (which always seems weird to me, a comic based on a show based on a comic), and Russia, true to form, gives it up for Grimm's Fairy Tales Halloween Special. It's true that the mistaken Harlequin manga pops up on at least one chart this week, it's unclear at this time if it's another mistake or if it actually did suddenly get popular.
