No, obviously not. This is Time Spirits, created by Tom Yeates and Steve Perry published by Marvel Comics' creator-owned Epic line back in 1985. Still the similarities of theme and execution as placed together by Marcus Parcus to seem to suggest that someone should collect and reprint this comic book. Hmm. Maybe the owners of Bleeding Cool might consider it? And then make the name of the company really big on the front cover, above the title…
