New Brighton Archeological Society Hits Kickstarter For Volume Two

The New Brighton Archeological Society may have been a critically acclaimed, Harvey Award Nominated, all ages graphic novel from Image Comics. About a collection of legay exploring kids, it's appearaed in a number of Image books, including Popgun and Aqua Leung before striking out on its on.

But it didn't exactly make its money back, let alone enough of a profit to pay for the production of the second volume.

So that's where Kickstarter comes in.

Aiming to raise $8,000, creators Mark Andrew Smith and Matthew Weldon have started a page to pay for colouring and production costs to create the second book in the series.

It dos rather look like this is the current publishing model of choice…
