Secrets Of The Battleworld – It Isn't Easy Being Cyclops
Cyclops didn't do too well when he went up against Doom in the Secret Wars main series, currently stretching into infinity.
But it doesn't look good for Cyclops in any of the domains on the Battleworld where he exists, taking the E For Extinction book very literally, in its final issue.
While in Inferno, he dies along with the other X-Men he defends at the hands of demons, and not exactly even on panel…
Leaving the others to make the best of a bad job.
Yeah, well Doom doesn't like a lot of things. Or at least people acting his name don't like a lot of things. And really want to kill them, as in the final issue of MODOK Assassin…
And the final issue of Ghost Racers….
Still, it can't be death, destruction, murder, mayhem and genocide all the time. This is the Secret Wars Battleworld, there has to be fanservice too. Such as in the final issue of X-Men '92 until the post-Secret Wars series.
Lots of final issues – originally Secret Wars was meant to end next week, rather than have it's sixth issue, with three more left to come out. Sometimes it feels like all the comics out there are Secret Wars…
Hail Hydra (not the final issue, it's also late) feels your pain. Hey, isn't Sandman Overture out today? Except – that also seems to have the same plotline as Secret Wars. It's infectious…
