Stan Lee Launches Vertical Game App That Is Guaranteed To Fail

Verticus is a new game app from Moonshark, with Stan Lee announced at Comikaze. An "endless runner" game, it sees the lead character eternally falling through the Earth's core to save the planet from the Obliterator aliens. The characters were created by Lee for the game, and Lee also provides the voice and visual likeless as the game's commander.

Stan Lee has usually authored positive, forward looking narratives. It seems unusual that he has lent his name and ideas to a game in which the player is doomed to fail, only improving at putting off the inevitable for longer and longer.

But maybe that's kind of how Sten Lee feels about everything now…
