Starcourt and Starbeam, 2 New Comic Book Series from Millarworld and Netflix?

Late last year, Bleeding Cool suggested that Mark Millar's subsequent project to The Magic Order for Netflix, who had bought out his Millarworld company, might be something called Star Crusher, which Netflix has registered the trademark for, to cover comic books.

There's been no news since, though San Diego Comic-Con would be a fine place to announce such a thing — unless, of course, the Reed POP deal in which they ordered over 100,000 copies of The Magic Order #1 to get Mark Millar to fly to their shows and make the numbers look better (something we have had further confirmed since running the original story) might mean you'll have to wait until NYCC.

But now, under the comic book label (and many others), Netflix have also registered two possibly related names.

Starbeam and Starcourt.

There's also the possibility, along with Star Crusher, that these could be sequels to his Starlight series created with Goran Parlov.

Could Netflix be about to announce a sequel comic book series to Starlight? Could there be multiple volumes with multiple names? What about a TV show?

We look forward to finding out more…
