What If Charlie Brown Was A Goth?

After completing their first successful Kickstarter campaign and publishing the first issue of their Cromwell Green this summer, Jessica Kobe and Michael Wooley have returned to Kickstarter to fund Issue 2.  Their goal for Issue 2 is a less ambitious $1000 with only a few days left in their campaign.  I personally backed the first issue of Cromwell Green and enjoyed the comic book.  It was a gothic comic in the vein of Lenore, but here is what Jessica and Michael have to say about their project.

"Cromwell Green was born on a midnight walk around the neighborhood. It all began with the name. "What if there was a Gothic version of Charlie Brown?" Charlie Brown turned into Cromwell Green and the story ideas sprang from there. Cromwell has his own "Scooby Gang" and they're out to stop the Ghouls, Ghosts, & other assorted bad guys hanging out in their hometown of Krakenport. Think South Park meets Scooby Doo meets a Kevin Smith film!
