Is This The Best That Wolverine Does, Against Conan in Savage Avengers #1? (Spoilers)

I'm not sure if someone got the publishing schedule a little skew whiff. Because today's Savage Avengers #1 sees the death of a famous singger, at the hands of the new religious fanatics that are bringing together the unlikely team of Wolverine, Conan, Elektra, Punisher, Venom and Brother Voodoo against them. And die he does, in rather a brutal and sickening fashion.

However this coming Saturday is Free Comic Book Day. Check out all our coverage here. Which features a Savage Avengers story – that introduces this character. So you have some kind of clue who he is and why Wolverine is so bothered about tracking him down and his murderers. Here's a sneak peek at Saturday's comic…

And we've already seen Conan and Wolverine in their first confrontation from Savage Avengers #1. Sword in the head, that kind of thing. But until today, we didn't see Wolverine's response.

Turns out he's the best there is at what he does, and what he does is kicking Conan in the bollocks.
