Wolverine Finally Gets to Play With Himself in Dead Man Logan #6 (Spoilers)
This week's Dead Man Logan #6 marks a major turning point for Old Man Logan: he's nearly halfway dead! And with his demise looming, Logan is making the rounds to say his goodbyes, visiting Captain America as we saw in a preview earlier this week to make an apology. But he sits down with another important Marvel hero later in today's issue by Ed Brisson and Mike Henderson, and that character is… himself?!
Yes, the original Wolverine is back, and he's meeting up with his older counterpart for beers this week.
Which forces Logan, Old Man version, to consider whether he should tell his alternate-past self about his future actions.
Ultimately he decides not to, because continuity has changed so much that his alternate future past will no longer come to pass. The current Logan won't become this Old Man Logan. Which means that Old Man Logan's family won't get a second chance either. But Logan can still learn from his mistakes and offer his younger self advice.
But business concluded, it's time to play.
And both Wolverines get to team-up and do what it is they do.
Though it does beg the question: which one is best at it?
