Are We About to Get Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4?

If you believe the latest rumors, a social media message may have just tipped us all off that we're getting Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. The cause of all this comes from a tweet sent out by Infinity Ward's Senior Communications Manager, Ashton Williams, who posted this animated skull gif at the start of the new year.

The assumption that many fans have made online is that it represents Lieutenant Simon "Ghost" Riley, a character in the Modern Warfare series who wears a wraparound cap with a skull on it. Others have speculated that it may be a teaser for Ghosts 2, but the Modern Warfare 4 news is the one most people are speculating about at the moment. What do you think? Are we getting MW4 or is this a sign of something else from the company?
