Astroneer Moves Into Alpha With A New Update

If you've been playing Astroneer, chances are you enjoy the game for what you can do, but are extremely limited as you've probably explored all your options. System Era Softworks is here to save the day with the announcement that the game will be moving into the Alpha phase, and now has a new updated called the "Research Update". This new component will add more materials and possibilities to the game beyond exploring everything you can, researching, and waiting to run out of air. Your backpack seems to have new options as well, and you can build a new base underground! Check out the trailer below for the new update!
