Scarecrow Looks Haunting And Menacing In New 'Injustice 2' Trailer

The hits just keep on coming from Injustice 2. On Monday we got a good taste of The Flash in the fighting game, now we get to see the ominous power of Scarecrow. The game does a wonderful job of making Dr. Jonathan Crane look menacing and a viable threat to his opponents by using the fear gas immediately and projecting an image of what they think they're fighting. And his special hit almost takes a page out of Freddy Kruger's playbook as he warps you into a realm of fear and buries you alive. It's been nice seeing the rogues gallery in the game get a fair shake, unlike the first Injustice title where villains like Killer Frost and Solomon Grundy felt like throwaway characters that just created a fighting point in the game. It seems this time around, everyone has a purpose.
