Sigma Officially Added To The "Overwatch" PTR Servers

Blizzard has released more details on the new Overwatch character Sigma as he officially joins the PTR servers for players to play and test out. According to part of his bio and origin story from the devs, "Sigma is a kind and brilliant scientist who has been irreparably changed by an experiment gone wrong, gaining the ability to manipulate gravity in the process. During that tragic experiment, Sigma sustained serious psychological damage, deemed a threat to humanity and locked away for years in a secret government facility. He was eventually freed by Talon and used as a living weapon." That's going to be a major change in the way people approach just simple escort missions as you have a DPS character who is essentially a moving shield. You could make the argument for Orisa in the same vein, but she's more tank than DPS. Best of luck to those of you playing as Sigma the next few weeks in the Overwatch PTR.

Accretion
Sigma gathers a mass of debris and flings it at an enemy to knock them down.

Gravitic Flux (Ultimate)
Sigma manipulates gravity to lift nearby enemies into the air and slam them back down.
