"Super Smash Bros. Ultimate" Adds Dragon Quest XI Hero (E3 News)
Nintendo just unveiled the newest character coming to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate! Get ready for The Hero from Dragon Quest XI. Yep, that's his name. The Hero. Mr. The Hero is actually more than one character, too.
The Hero can take on the form of characters from Dragon Quest 3: The Seeds of Salvation, Dragon Quest 4: Chapters of the Chosen, Dragon Quest 7: Journey of the Curse King, and Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age.
The Hero from Dragon Quest has been long rumored to be the next DLC character for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, after files for the character were found in a data mine of files within the Nintendo Switch game.
The Hero will be part of the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Fighter Pass, which comes with five different bundles. Each bundle includes a fighter, stage, and music. The entire pass will run $24.99.
