Surprise Death Stranding Trailer Turns Up At The Game Awards With Guillermo Del Toro And Mads Mikkelsen In The Game
Well, this was a surprise.
After a gushing introduction, Hideo Kojima stepped onto the Game Awards stage and accepted an Icon award… all before dropping a Death Stranding trailer. In a touch of brilliance, it seems like Guillermo Del Toro is going to be in the game. Kojima and Del Toro both famously had to quit Silent Hills when the former left Konami.
And as had been speculated, and is very cool, Mads Mikkelsen appears to be in the game, in what looks a little like the main antagonist role.
As for gameplay, there wasn't much here, being crazy and wild much like the first trailer was.
