The 2019 Overwatch League Schedule is Here
Blizzard has announced the Overwatch League's 2019 schedule which brings in eight new expansion teams, some away games, and a $5 million USD prize pool. The away games will be hosted by Dallas Fuel, Atlanta Reign, and Los Angeles Valiant in their home cities, which allows the OWL to shake things up a bit. The Overwatch League's first season hosted every regular season game at the Blizzard Arena in Burbank, CA. Dallas Fuel will be the first to host an away game on April 27-28, 2019.

The Fuel will be the first to host matches, with their home event scheduled for April 27-28, 2019. The event will be held at the Allen Event Center in North Texas, and will include the Chengdu Hunters, Hangzhou Spark, Houston Outlaws, London Spitfire, Paris Eternal, Los Angeles Valiant, and Seoul Dynasty. Fans interested in purchasing tickets can pre-register at DallasFuel.com.
The Reign will host matches on July 6-7, with the Florida Mayhem, Guangzhou Charge, New York Excelsior, Philadelphia Fusion, Shanghai Dragons, Toronto Defiant, and Washington Justice in town.
Finally, on August 24-25 at The Novo by Microsoft at L.A. Live, the Valiant will host the Atlanta Reign, Boston Uprising, Dallas Fuel, Hangzhou Spark, Los Angeles Gladiators, New York Excelsior, Vancouver Titans, San Francisco Shock, and Shanghai Dragons.
Fans of the league might also notice the prize pool has been adjusted. The OWL's second season increases the prize pool from $3.5 million to a cool $5 million total. The winner of the 2019 season will win $1.1 million, with the runner-up getting $600,000. All other teams will get a share of the prize pool based on their final ranking.
