Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 Take UK Christmas Number One

It's been a big year for some big games, with Fallout, Star Wars, Assassin's Creed, The Witcher and Metal Gear Solid 5 all gracing our consoles. Seeing which one comes out 'on top' is going to be fascinating, if only for case study's sake.

Well, at least in the UK, it's in fact Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 that has come out victorious this holiday period. According to the sales chart, the Treyarch game beat out Star Wars: Battlefront and FIFA 16 respectively. I was actually convinced this would be a year where Call of Duty didn't dominate but alas. It's worth noting that Star Wars: Battlefront on PS4 was the best selling single platform game, but Black Ops beat it on combined sales.
