It Seems That Star Wars: Battlefront Won't Have Any 'The Force Awakens' DLC

I thought the likelihood of The Force Awakens DLC coming to Star Wars: Battlefront was fairly certain. It's a slam dunk idea: the fans want it and I'm certain the business execs want it, so there was no doubt in my mind.

It seems, DICE have decided to not go down that route though. Taking to Twitter, the official account of the game answered a fan saying that the original trilogy is the focus, and not to expect Episode VII content.

Of course, this could just be PR speak because the DLC isn't announced, but we will see. It does seem like a good idea left on the table, but hey, at least DICE are staying true to their vision if not.
