Psychonauts 2 Gets A Crowd Funding Campaign Asking For $3.3 Million
Psychonauts is one of Double Fine's most beloved properties. The game has a rabid cult fanbase that has awaited a sequel to the title for years.
Well, it might be coming. At the Game Awards a crowd funding campaign was announced by Tim Schafer. Running through the platform he helped launch, The Fig, the games is asking for $3.3 million to make happen. As of writing, the game is already at $685K.
The interesting thing about The Fig is that if you want to front enough money, you can actually become a legitimate investor, earning money from what the game earns. So hey, why not get into business with game if you have bags of money laying around? I know the fans of Psychonauts will love you for it.
