As Expected, Battlefront Will Be Showcased At The Star Wars Celebration

I reported a few days ago that Star Wars: Battlefront was a likely candidate to turn up at The Star Wars Celebration.

Well, that has now been confirmed by EA. The corporation revealed the news of the game's appearance via a blog post, saying:

We could not think of a better or more appropriate place to debut the game officially for the first time than the premier event that celebrates the Star Wars universe and the legions of fans who have fallen in love with it.

This is great news, and I'm very eager to see more. If it comes out this year, like I think it will, I'm sure it'll dominate the game landscape. Especially in a holiday season that is also going to be eclipsed by Episode VII.

Now, for me the question becomes will we see a teaser for the game Visceral are working on? I think it is entirely possible.
