Bethesda Announce Their First E3 Press Conference – Everybody Screams Fallout 4
Bethesda are really one of the great AAA publishers. They take chances on new IP like The Evil Within and Dishonored, while also churning out surprising titles like Wolfenstien: The New Order. They are certainly the most daring publisher in my book, championing games that might struggle to find a home at EA, Ubisoft or Activision.
That is why I'm excited to see the company is going to have their own pre-E3 press conference this year. Hopefully there will be new and exciting franchises announced, but I'm pretty certain we will see quite a few sequels too. I think Dishonored 2 is a dead cert. Doom will also undoubtedly feature.
Of course, it's likely we will see the publisher's signature developer Bethesda Softworks turn up too. The title on everyone's lips? Fallout 4. There have been so many false starts on the game it can be hard to get too excited, but rumours of work on the game have been around for years. You don't decide to announce your first E3 press conference ever unless you have something big to drop. Fallout 4 would be a Megaton bomb to begin E3.
