Bill Hader Has Been Officially Been Cast As Alpha 5 In Power Rangers
Seeing how the Power Rangers movie, which by most accounts will be trying to keep a semi-serious tone, deal with Alpha 5 will be quite interesting. The character is certainly inherently skewed a little sillier, so he seems like a big challenge in terms of tone.
It seems that the film won't be abandoning the comedic roots of the character though, as it has been annoucned that Bill Hader has been cast as Zordon's helper. It was announced officially by the Twitter account in this tweet:
This seems like a good fit if they want to keep the character a little silly. Now we just need to see this film in motion.
