This Bloodborne Trailer Gives Us Our Best Look Into The Story Yet

The narrative in From Software's Souls games has thus far been pretty obfuscated. It's certainly there, but the history of those game's worlds permeate into the player's progression. Their game's reward getting wrapped up in the lore rather than being an active part of it.

I have a feeling that the Souls spiritual successor Bloodborne will be much the same. There is of course some set up to get through though and that is the focus of this new trailer. This is the first look we've got into the story of the game. There isn't tons to go on here, just lots of bad places infected by bad things and an outsider coming in to do…something.
