Clark Gregg Has Arrived on the Set of Captain Marvel
A Marvel Cinematic Universe veteran is getting ready to returned to the big screen for the first time since 2012. Clark Gregg has posted a picture to instagram that appears to show that he's made it to the set of Captain Marvel.
In her instagram stories Chloe Bennett confirmed that Agents of SHIELD just wrapped its fifth season so it sounds like Gregg got almost no break between leaving his television show and heading to the movie. Ever since he was "killed" during the first Avengers movie Gregg's Agent Phil Coulson hasn't been seen or acknowledged in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since. It's a running joke whether or not the Avengers even know he's alive. Captain Marvel takes place in the 90's so it doesn't count.
Carol Danvers becomes one of the universe's most powerful heroes when Earth is caught in the middle of a galactic war between two alien races.
Captain Marvel, directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, will also star Brie Larson, Jude Law, Gemma Chan, Samuel L. Jackson. The film is set for release on March 8th, 2019.
