Daisy Ridley, Rose Byrne, Elizabeth Debicki And James Cordon Sign On For Peter Rabbit

peterrabbit8Columbia Pictures has a new adaptation of Peter Rabbit in the works. The 150-year-old children's book was written by Beatrix Potter and plans are for a huge worldwide licensing and merchandising campaign for the movie.

They've also announced some of the cast and they've pulled a few big names. Peter will be voiced by James Cordon (Doctor Who). Rose Byrne (X-Men: First Class) will take the live action role of Bea. Other voices will include Daisy Ridley (Star Wars: The Force Awakens) and Elizabeth Debicki.(the Night Manager) Production is set to being in January with a planned release of April 2018. Its being handled by Australia's VFX studio Animal Logic, the folks behind The LEGO Movie.
